S. CA M.D.I Recap
On Saturday, November 22, 2025, the Southern California Membership Development Institute (M.D.I.) was held in Gardena, California. This year’s theme, “Setting the Tone,” set the foundation for a purposeful and engaging training.
The M.D.I. was a resounding success, with more than 56 brothers in attendance—an impressive increase from the previous year. This growth reflected the dedicated efforts of both the State and Area Directors, whose commitment encouraged Brothers to invest in strengthening the Brotherhood experience throughout Southern California.
The training provided a valuable exchange of tools, knowledge, and experiences, uniting Brothers across all levels of membership—from neophytes who had just joined the fraternity that week to the most seasoned members in attendance.
The M.D.I. concluded with remarks from 18th Southern California State Director, Sor. Dr. Letitia Bradley, who offered greetings and congratulations. Special thanks are also extended to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Phi Theta Zeta Alumni Chapter | Gardena, CA, Sorors and their Basileus, Sor. Tanya Tate-Cook, for graciously sponsoring breakfast.
