2026 WRC Special Registration Window
The 2026 Western Regional Conference (WRC) is scheduled to take place in person from Thursday, April 16 to Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the Gateway Sheraton Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.
A special registration window will be open from July 29–31, 2025, exclusively for registered attendees of the 2024 WRC held in Tempe, AZ. During this limited period, eligible participants will receive a $50.00 discount off the standard registration fee. This offer is only valid for verified 2024 WRC Tempe registered attendees and will not be extended beyond July 31. Registrants during this period who did not attend the 2024 WRC will not be accepted.
There will be no refunds for WRC registration(s), only exchanges that require approval from the Regional Director.
