2023 Dues

October 1, 2022, By IHQ

The 2023 dues window is now open! Brothers and chapters may log into BluPrint and pay their 2023 fees. Please pay attention to the following before submitting payment: 1. 2023 Fraternity Dues & Chapter Tax & Liability Insurance. Brothers may pay their 2023 dues and their chapters' their 2023 chapter tax and liability insurance starting on October 1, 2022. Here is an overview of the fee breakdown for members and chapters. Prices reflect dues postmarked by December 31, 2022; please refer to the 2023 PBS-1 (available in BluPrint) form for late fees and additional information.

Please note, Brothers MUST be financial at the international, regional and chapter levels to be considered fully financial. Only fully financial Brothers will receive their membership cards. Chapters must log into the BluPrint Chapter Portal to mark Brothers fully financial. This short video explains the IHQ card ordering process. Chapters may begin to mark Brothers as fully financial on January 1, 2023.

2. Come Back Home Incentive. This initiative started on October 3, 2022, and will conclude on December 31, 2022. The Come Back Home Membership Incentive allows Brothers who have been non-financial since 2020 and have not previously participated in a two-for-one incentive an opportunity to pay both their 2023 dues and a prorated amount of their 2022 international and regional dues. Those Brothers that make the payment will receive a full year’s credit for 2022 and 2023!

The total fees per region are listed below. Please visit the Come Back Home information page for more details.

3. New Member Dues. All new members whose fees are received on or after October 1, 2022, will be credited with the current year plus the next two years (i.e. 2022, 2023, and 2024). Please refer to the infographic below for the total cost of MIP fees paid via the BluPrint. We are asking chapters to pay their new member fees through the Chapter Portal.

4. Paying 2023 Dues After October 1, 2022. If you were financial in 2021 and have not paid your 2022 Fraternity dues, the BluPrint will require you to pay 2022 dues in addition to 2023!

5. Submit Your Fraternity Dues Through the BluPrint. We prefer Brothers pay their (International and Regional) dues through BluPrint. While you can send a cashier's check/money order, we advise Brothers and chapters to pay via the BluPrint. It is faster, easier, and more secure to pay online. Additionally, there is no processing fee charged to continuous or reactivating member or chapter dues paid through the BluPrint.

Please review the 2023 PBS-1 Form for the latest fees. You may email Bro. Alex Powell, Membership Field Services Representative, membershipfsr@phibetasigma1914.org, with additional questions.
