Conclave 2021 Myrtle Beach is a hybrid event combining the in-person Myrtle Beach conference with a robust real-time virtual component called the Essential Sigma Cyber Experience. Held simultaneously with Conclave, the Essential Sigma Cyber Experience includes both livestreamed programming and video on demand. The western Region has a toal of 145 Brothers registered (90 in Person and 55 virtual).

VOTING INFORMATION
Conclave 2021 participants designated as the primary delegate and/or alternate delegate representing their respective chapter and other qualified voting members, must provide official confirmation of their eligibility status from the International Headquarters.

SPECIAL NEEDS
All Plenary Sessions and meal functions will provide special seating for Brothers and guests with special needs.

• For mobility assistance throughout Conclave, registrants may rent wheelchairs or mobility scooters from numerous providers in Myrtle Beach.
• Meals. For special meals (vegetarian, gluten-free), indicate requirements with your registration in the space provided.
