Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Western Region Brothers Eta Nu Sigma Chapter - Colorado Springs, Bro. Don Cross was recently selected by Hewlett Packard Enterprise Black Employee Leadership Council Awards Committee as this year’s Champion Contributor award winner.

In response to the civil unrest happening in 2020, Bro. Cross led the charge in establishing the Black Employee Network (BEN) chapter for North America Account Services (NAAS). Most Employee Resource Groups are site-based, but the NAAS BEN is completely virtual.
