Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Western Region

From western plains to eastern hills, Black men in colleges and universities have the lowest graduation and retention rates of any targeted racial demographic. The 2020 Phi Beta Sigma Fall Western Region Scholarship Recipients are changing the narrative in their respective fields of study on and off their campuses. Our brothers' commitment to their educational success and their communities stand a living testimonial to our three founding principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service.

As leaders within this wondrous band of brotherhood, Sigma recognizes that the cost of education is on a consistent rise throughout universities and colleges. As part of our duty to give back to the brotherhood, IHQ offered $70,000.00 worth of scholarships for the 2020-21 school year to assist in the cost of education.

The following Western Region recipients distinguished themselves accordingly from the largest and most competitive pool of scholarship applications that we've ever seen. These brothers highlighted their struggles, achievements, and tireless involvement within their communities and chapters.
